What makes our Academy different from other dance studios?

Our ballet classes are based on the Vaganova methodology.

Our classes are dedicated to one type of dance. We never have "combination" classes where the student spends more time changing shoes than dancing.

Our pricing structure is user-friendly, No long term contacts. All tuition is payable on a monthly basis.

No huge recital costs. We do not charge any costume fees, ticket charges, ad fees, photo fees, etc. 

Value for the money. Compare the actual cost of our classes which are 1 - 1.5 hours long to other studios which often have 45 minute classes.

Caliber of the teachers.  All of our teachers are professionals with either degrees in Dance and/or extensive professional experience.

Performance opportunities with Manassas Ballet Theatre.

Competition opportunities (Youth America Grand Prix, etc) for interested students.

High quality facilities including two spacious (performance size) studios equipped with raised, sprung wood floors and Marley dance surfaces.

Parents are able to observe classes at any time.

Boys dance too! We have the largest program for boys in the area, with classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced as well as Pas De Deux.

We're serious about properly teaching dance. Our students spend their time learning to dance, not learning a recital or competition routine.

Our teachers are "hands-on." To properly learn dance, muscle memory of a correct step is necessary. To achieve this, our teachers will manually help a student to perform a step. Frequent corrections by a teacher are necessary for a student to learn and to advance.
