Gabriela Antuñano

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Ms. Antuñano completed her ballet training at Escuela Ballet de Monterrey in addition she has attended Summer Intensives at Ballet Austin, Ballet de Monterrey, McAllen Ballet, Victoria Academy of Ballet, Luis Serrano Dance Studio, Monterrey International Ballet Gala, Cátedra de Danza del Ballet Nacional de Cuba, Escuela Nacional de Cuba, and Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow.

Gabriela won 1st place in Starpower, Organizacion Juvenil de Danza and Interprepas Tec de Monterrey competitions and was a finalist at the World Ballet Competition.

She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a BAS in Organizational Leadership and a Certified Teacher of Cuban Ballet Methodology.

Gabriela previously danced with MTY Youth Ballet, Ballet de Monterrey and freelanced in South Texas performing roles such as Aurora, Bluebird, Dew Drop and Sugar Plum Fairy, Autumn fairy, Spanish, Odalisque, Dawn and a Neoclassical piece choreographed by her.  She joined MBT in 2023.
